1.  No returns on special or custom orders
  2. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us by email immediately.
  3. Unworn, unaltered jewelry in its original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days.
  4. We will not accept any returns without a Return Authorization (RA) Number, An RA can be requested by phone (702-304-9592) or email ([email protected]) and must be clearly labeled on packaging.
  5. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  6. Return & Repair shipping charges must be paid by customer.
  7.  Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
  8.  *Discontinued items* Some items may be seasonal or discontinued.  Repairs will be assessed and alterations to the original item may be necessary.
