Order Processing Policy

Fine jewelry may ship immediately if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, orders will be processed within 10-14 business days.

All other items will be processed within 3 business days.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.  If you need your jewelry by a certain date, expedited shipping is available – please email [email protected] to confirm that the item is in stock. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests. :)

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.

Orders placed during the holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time frame. If this is the case, a sales representative will always notify the customer.

All personal information is kept private and used exclusively to successfully process your order. To ensure discreet shipping and privacy all packages shipped from DeeBerkleyJewelry.com will be labeled DeeBerkleyJewelry.com on the outside of the shipping package.

Please provide accurate billing and shipping information along with phone number and e-mail address in order to properly expedite your order and to notify you in case there is a problem. Please check that the Billing and Shipping address is correct before finalizing your order to avoid delays!

Shipping Policy

USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL
– Estimated delivery time will be approximately 3 to 7 business days for most cities.
– Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
– Shipping and Handling Fee will be automatically calculated by destination.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL (for US only)
– Estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 to 4 business days for most cities.
– Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
– Shipping and Handling Fee will be automatically calculated by destination.

UPS (for US & International orders)
– UPS will be used for expedited shipping.
– Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
– Customer is responsible for all destination problems and costs (i.e. incorrect shipping address, absence of the recipient, duty for international customer, etc.).
– Dee Berkley Jewelry is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Dee Berkley Jewelry.
